The beginning of the holiday in the sign of exhibitions

At the turn of June and July, SMS CZ machines will be presented in three countries, after the Czech Republic also in agricultural exhibitions in Luxembourg and Germany.

On 22 June 2023, the Agricultural Exhibition at Hadačka took place. During the exhibition day, the LANIO 600 tined weder, the ONTARIO 300 disc cultivator and the SEVERIT 500 compactor were presented to the public.

"The traditional agricultural exhibition attracted a large number of farmers. We are pleased with the interest of farmers in our equipment, who especially praise its durability, reliability and the fact that it often combines several work tasks into one machine pass," says Vladimír Cingroš, Managing Director of SMS CZ s.r.o., about the feedback from customers.

On the first weekend of the holiday season, the SMART 300 will be presented at the Foire Agricole exhibition in Luxembourg at the stand of a local business partner.

"We are delighted to return to the venue after our debut at the event last year and introduce another popular and reliable SMART 300 machine to the local farming community. Participation is also important for us because farmers from neighbouring countries such as France, Belgium and Germany are attending the event," says Ondřej Hanuš, Sales Manager at SMS CZ.

The SMS CZ machine will be on display in Luxembourg from 30 June to 2 July 2023.

All the best. On Friday 7 July, the German Tarmstedter exhibition kicks off near Bremen, with the event running until Monday 10 July.

"Every year, over 750 exhibitors present themselves on 25 hectares of outdoor space, and the event attracts up to 100,000 visitors. This is a major agricultural event for the whole of northern Germany. This year, farmers will be presented with the largest GOLEM 540 meadow roller and the popular SMART 300 seed drill at the dealer stand, all are invited to the event," says Petr Jirsa, Managing Director of SMS CZ s.r.o.

The LANIO 600 tined weder have a working width of 6 m. The machine is characterized by excellent ground following with the help of swinging frames and support wheels. The aggressiveness of the fingers is adjustable and the fingers themselves are available in diameters of 6, 7 or 8 mm. On request, the machine can be retrofitted with a straightening rake. It is used for lawn maintenance and field work.

The SEVERIT 500 is designed for pre-sowing preparation. Thanks to the combination of different types of working bodies, it is able to level the land, break up clods and precisely prepare the seedbed in one pass. It can be used not only in conventional agrotechnology after ploughing, but also in the case of minimisation technologies in shallow cultivation. The working width of the machine is 5 m and the working depth is up to 12 cm. The working speed of the machine is 8-15 km/h. The machine can be equipped with different working bodies such as different types of support rollers or levelling sections, etc.

The ONTARIO 300 is a short disc subsoiler. The machine is equipped with two rows of discs with a diameter of 510 mm as standard, on request the sub-counter can be equipped with discs with a diameter of up to 560 mm. The discs are mounted on maintenance-free bearings and strength skids elastically secured by rubber silent blocks. With the help of clips it is possible to adjust the working depth of the Ontario up to 12 cm.

The versatile SMART 300 is suitable for establishing and reseeding grassland as well as conventional field crops. With a working width of 3 m, it is suitable for small and medium areas. It is robust and suitable for difficult conditions and stony soils. Sowing is carried out via narrow grooves spaced 12.5 cm apart. This solution does not damage the grass sward and is very effective in difficult terrain with many stones. The machine can be equipped with a wide range of seeding accessories.

The GOLEM 540 meadow roller is the heaviest meadow roller on the market. One of the advantages of the machine is the possibility of loading the rollers with water up to a weight of 11,500 kg, i.e. 2130 kg per 1 m of working width, which means perfect straightening effect. The machine stands out for its simplicity, operational reliability and ease of operation and maintenance. The working width of the machine is 5.4 m and it has a three-part frame, hydraulically folded, equipped with a total of three rollers each 1.95 m wide. The individual rollers partially overlap, so that the land is worked throughout the entire sweep of the machine. Perfect ground following is achieved by the free positioning of the wings on the frame, which allows both diagonal and transverse following, even to negative angles. The GOLEM can thus also cope with rugged and hilly terrain.
